Product details

AI-powered assistant that has access to all the information Tripkicks provides, plus can be loaded with a company's own documentation -- travel policies, expense procedures, preferred supplier details, approval workflows. When travelers have questions about processes or policy details, they get answers immediately right on the platform. No hunting through documents, no waiting for email responses, no submitting help desk tickets. Available across booking touchpoints and Slack, delivering instant, context-aware answers that reduce repetitive questions for travel managers.

How It Works

The AI Chatbot serves as the always-available policy expert that travel managers wish they could be. It combines two knowledge sources:

  1. Tripkicks platform knowledge -- Everything about how the system works, what guidance means, and general travel best practices

  2. Company-specific documentation -- The client's actual travel policy, preferred supplier lists, approval workflows, expense procedures, and any other documentation they want to load

When a traveler asks "Can I fly business class to London?" the chatbot doesn't give a generic answer. It checks their company's actual policy, considers the route length, and provides a specific, accurate response.

This eliminates one of the biggest time drains for travel managers: answering the same questions over and over. The chatbot handles it instantly, 24/7, with accurate information.

You can extend your business trip to include a personal stay if you follow the proper process. The policy allows adding a personal leg to your business itinerary as long as expenses are clearly separated and you request it with your original travel booking. For flights, if your combined business-personal itinerary costs the same or less than the business-only fare, there's no additional cost. If it costs more, you'll pay the difference on your personal card. The policy doesn't specify detailed requirements for hotel extensions or approval processes for weekend stays, so I'd recommend checking with your Travel Program team about the specific steps for extending your Friday night meeting trip through Saturday. They can guide you through the approval process and expense separation requirements.
