Product details

Gives travelers practical information about company office locations they're visiting. Includes directions, parking instructions, building access procedures, nearby amenities, and local contact details. Appears when a traveler books to a city where the company has an office, ensuring they have everything they need for a smooth arrival without having to track down the information from colleagues or internal wikis.

How It Works

Office Insights are configured per client, with information about each of their office locations. When a traveler books to a city where the company has an office, they see practical details: how to get there from the airport, parking instructions, building access procedures, nearby hotels and restaurants, and local contact information.

This eliminates the "Hey, I'm visiting the Denver office next week -- where should I stay and how do I get in?" emails that waste both the traveler's and the office manager's time. The information is just there, automatically, at the right moment.

I'm going to new york for a few meetings on Friday. My last meeting isn't until later in the afternoon... like 4pm. Can I stay in NYC Friday night and come back home saturday?

You can extend your business trip to include a personal stay if you follow the proper process. The policy allows adding a personal leg to your business itinerary as long as expenses are clearly separated and you request it with your original travel booking. For flights, if your combined business-personal itinerary costs the same or less than the business-only fare, there's no additional cost. If it costs more, you'll pay the difference on your personal card. The policy doesn't specify detailed requirements for hotel extensions or approval processes for weekend stays, so I'd recommend checking with your Travel Program team about the specific steps for extending your Friday night meeting trip through Saturday. They can guide you through the approval process and expense separation requirements.
