Tactic-Level KPIs are the measurement layer that makes every piece of Catalyst guidance accountable to a specific outcome. Each of the 39 playbook tactics has a defined KPI that tracks whether the tactic changed behavior. An advance booking tactic measures whether travelers started booking earlier. A preferred supplier tactic measures whether adoption rates improved. A rate target tactic measures whether travelers booked closer to benchmark. This is fundamentally different from engagement metrics like impressions or click-through rates — it measures the outcome, not the interaction. KPIs are tracked automatically and continuously, requiring no manual data pulls from travel managers.
