Instead of burying promotions in internal newsletters or email blasts that most travelers never read, this connection puts them at the point of decision.

When a traveler searches for hotels in Chicago and a preferred property is running a seasonal rate promotion, that deal appears as a tile or modal right alongside the search results. The promotion includes the specific terms, savings amount, and booking window — everything the traveler needs to act on it immediately.

Promotions can be targeted by destination, travel dates, traveler segment, or supplier. The client configures which promotions are active and who should see them. This turns negotiated supplier deals from something that sits in a procurement spreadsheet into something that actually influences booking behavior.
