Product details

Overlays lodging search results with hotel-specific attribute data configured by the client. Travelers see which hotels are preferred properties, what amenities are included (breakfast, parking, Wi-Fi, cancellation flexibility), sustainability certifications, and program-negotiated rate indicators. Combined with Custom Supplier Attributes for a complete picture of why a specific hotel is the best choice. Makes preferred hotel selection obvious and easy at the moment of decision.

How It Works

Lodging Supplier Attributes overlay hotel search results with program-specific data that helps travelers identify preferred properties at a glance. While Custom Supplier Attributes focus on amenity icons, Lodging Supplier Attributes add deeper program intelligence — preferred property indicators, sustainability certifications (LEED, SBTi), negotiated rate badges, and program tier information.

The data is imported via CSV and mapped to specific hotel properties by GDS code. When combined with Custom Supplier Attributes, travelers see a complete picture: this hotel is a preferred property (Lodging Supplier Attribute), it includes breakfast and free cancellation (Custom Supplier Attributes), and it's priced below the rate target for this city (Dynamic Rate Targets).

This layered approach is what makes the hotel search touchpoint so effective. Each data layer adds a piece of the decision puzzle, and together they make the preferred choice obvious without requiring the traveler to research each option individually.

I'm going to new york for a few meetings on Friday. My last meeting isn't until later in the afternoon... like 4pm. Can I stay in NYC Friday night and come back home saturday?

You can extend your business trip to include a personal stay if you follow the proper process. The policy allows adding a personal leg to your business itinerary as long as expenses are clearly separated and you request it with your original travel booking. For flights, if your combined business-personal itinerary costs the same or less than the business-only fare, there's no additional cost. If it costs more, you'll pay the difference on your personal card. The policy doesn't specify detailed requirements for hotel extensions or approval processes for weekend stays, so I'd recommend checking with your Travel Program team about the specific steps for extending your Friday night meeting trip through Saturday. They can guide you through the approval process and expense separation requirements.
