Enables clients to upload hotel-specific attribute data that displays as visual icons directly on lodging search results. Travelers see at a glance which hotels include breakfast, free parking, flexible cancellation, Wi-Fi, and other amenities important to their company's program. Attributes are imported via CSV and mapped to specific hotel properties. This makes preferred supplier selection easier by surfacing the value-adds that differentiate program hotels from the rest of the results.
How It Works
Custom Supplier Attributes are visual icons that appear directly on hotel search result cards in Concur. They give travelers instant visibility into key amenities and program details without having to click into each property's listing.
The client configures which attributes to display by uploading a CSV file through the Application Imports system. Each row maps a hotel property (by GDS code) to specific attribute badges — breakfast included, free parking, free cancellation, Wi-Fi included, pool, fitness center, or any custom attribute the client defines.
When a traveler searches for hotels, the attribute icons appear as a row of small badges on each matching hotel card. This is particularly powerful for preferred hotel programs: travelers can instantly see which properties offer the best total value, not just the lowest nightly rate. A hotel at $189/night with free breakfast and parking may be a better deal than one at $169 without those amenities — and the attribute icons make that comparison effortless.
Attributes are maintained through periodic CSV updates as hotel programs change, and can be combined with Lodging Supplier Attributes and inline note pills for a complete hotel information overlay.
