Tactic-Level KPIs are the measurement layer that makes every piece of Catalyst guidance accountable to a specific outcome. Each of the playbook tactics has a defined KPI that tracks how the tactic is influencing behavior. An advance booking tactic measures whether travelers started booking earlier. A preferred supplier tactic measures whether adoption rates improved. A rate target tactic measures whether travelers booked closer to benchmark. KPIs are designed to measure the outcome, not the interaction. KPIs are tracked automatically and continuously, requiring no manual data pulls from travel managers.
