Each of the playbook tactics has a defined KPI that tracks how the tactic is influencing behavior. An advance booking tactic measures whether travelers started booking earlier. A preferred supplier tactic measures whether adoption rates improved. A rate target tactic measures whether travelers booked closer to benchmark.
