Colleen began her career in travel with Thomas Cook in 1985 in the sales department. In 1990, she moved to Rosenbluth, where she spent six years in regional sales. Following Rosenbluth, Colleen moved to Business Travel International (BTI) where she was on the global sales team. When BTI merged with World Travel Partners and became BCD Travel, she was named Vice President of Global Sales. During her 10-year tenure with BCD, she earned the President’s Club distinction every year for her exceptional sales achievements. Following her time at BCD, Colleen served as Vice President of Global Sales at Carlson Wagonlit Travel before joining AirPlus International as Senior Vice President of Global Business Development in 2008. Most recently, Colleen was a partner at travel consulting firm GoldSpring Consulting before announcing her retirement from the company in January 2018.
